Guggenheim Active Allocation Fund is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The fund's investment objective is to maximize total return through a combination of current income and capital appreciation. The company invests in both fixed-income and other debt instruments selected from a variety of sectors and credit qualities, and may also invest in equities.
