The medical-device firm is primarily focused on cardiopulmonary solutions (with heart-lung machines and oxygenation equipment) as well as neuromodulation devices for treatment-resistant epilepsy and depression. Following the merger, LivaNova divested its cardiac rhythm management and heart valve businesses.
